Paul Weisenburger is a professional Buffalo, N.Y. based musician who has been performing, recording, writing, arranging and producing music for himself and other professionals for many years. It was clear from the start (guitar lessons at age 7 with Timothy Wright and with Bruce Rounds at age 14) that music would be a lifelong passion that could not and would not be denied.
Music runs deep on both sides of his family with his mother, Mary Weisenburger, having been credited with being a composer of two musicals with local theater producer and co-writer Kathleen Sutter and his father, Paul Weisenburger Sr. singing and directing musicals in local high schools. His musical experiences have ranged from playing and singing in many live acts across genres as diverse as folk, rock, progressive, country, gospel and jazz.
Along with local performances, Paul has also worked across the East Coast in a touring band and has been a music minister since his teens. Interspersed with these live music acts were performances in musical theater and dinner theater. Paul can also currently be heard singing on many local and national commercials.
Outside of his professional music career, Paul holds degrees in Vocal Performance, Occupational Therapy, and a Master's in Education with NYS teacher certifications in K - 12 Music and 7 -12 Biology.
Paul teaches private music lessons out of his home studio, The Pickle Patch, and has a very diverse discography of musicians that he has recorded with and/or produced.
